Now that we've got your attention...

The big black box that currently fills your screen is a Slide Out Panel.

If you didn't push the button on the previous screen—the one that said Push me—you've probably noticed (at least, we hope you have) that this panel opened by itself. Yes, Slide Out panels can be set to open on page load...with a delay. And even though it zoomed in, Slide Out Panels can slide in, fade in, zoom in, or simply appear. I guess we could have named the product Slide-Out-Fade-In-Zoom-In Panel Magic, but it just seemed a bit unwieldy.

What can you do with Slide Out Panel Magic?

I'm glad you asked! Since panels can be skinny, medium, or wide, you can use them to display sign-up forms, menus, videos, pictures, an important marketing message, image galleries (Ooh!
