1. Open Windows Mail
  2. Click on the Tools menu. Select Accounts.
  3. In the Internet Accounts window click the Add... button.
  4. In the Select Account Type window click on Newsgroup Account and then click the Next button.
  5. In the Your Name window the wizard will ask you for your Display Name. This is the name that appears when you post messages to a newsgroup. That is, the name that appears in the From: header of messages you post. Generally, you should type your name in here. After you type in your Display Name click the Next button.
  6. In the Internet News E-mail Address window the wizard will ask for your E-mail Address. This is the address you want to be replied to at. Type in your email address. After you type in your E-mail Address click the Next button.
  7. In the Internet News Server Name window the wizard now prompts you for the name of the news server. Type in: forums.projectseven.com ( You should leave the My news server requires me to log in box blank). After you type in the News (NNTP) Server name click the Next button.
  8. In the Congratulations window click the Finish button and you should be returned to the Internet Accounts window.
  9. In the Internet Accounts window click on the account that you just created and then click the Close button.
  10. Windows Mail will open a prompt that says "You are not suscribed to any newsgroups in this account. Would you like to view a list of available newsgroups now?". Click the Yes button.
  11. In the Newsgroups Subscription window click on a newsgroup you want to subscribe to and then click the Subscribe button. Subscribe to one or all of the available newsgroups.
  12. After you have selected your newsgroup subscriptions, click the OK button.
  13. The Project Seven newsgroup should now appear in the left sidebar of your Windows Mail window (the Folders List sidebar).
