Adds Bring to Front / Send to Back Foreground Option for the Toolbar

The system now includes two new options:

Toolbar: Foreground

This option sets a new icon on the optional toolbar, which toggles between two modes:

The icon allows users to bring the images to the foreground so that they rotate over the page content. The icon then changes. Clicking it again returns the images to the background.

Page Load: Overall Opacity

This option can be useful if you are using images that are too vivid for your page. You can tone them down by setting an opacity level for the rotating images.
