Displaying a Form Inside a Tooltip

Define your Tooltip

Open workpage.htm and locate the link "Contact Us".

Right-click the link and choose PVII Tooltip Magic > Tooltip Magic by PVII - Basic

The Mode should be Create New Tooltip and Apply to Tag <a>

For Tooltip Content Source select Contents of Element ID

For Source Element ID select my-form

Set Tooltip Box Width to 702

Set Position to 8-Right Middle

Set Style Theme to 10 - Style Ten

Click OK
