Choose one of the following 3 search methods to find the information you need in the PVII Knowledge Base.

Note: Don't forget to press the Go button after making your selection.

Query by PVII Product Name

Use this option to get information on a specific product you own or are considering.

Query by Web Design Category

Use this option when you'd like information on a particular area of web design.

Search by Word or Phrase

The PVII Knowledge Base supports powerful word or phrase searches. Enter your search text or phrase and then click the Go button.

Note: When your search results are retrieved, the matching search words will appear in bold. You can enter simple words or use advanced search techniques:

Simple Search

Enter one or more words, separated by a space, into the Search box. The results page will display all items that contain any of your entered words.

Boolean Search

Fine tune your search by using boolean keywords:

Match all search words

Use the + (plus sign), or the and keyword if you wish to see only those items that contain a match to every search word. For example, the search phrase image and background will return a list containing only items that match both search words. The search phrase image + background + body will return a list of items that contain all three search words.

Match any of the search words

Use the or keyword if you wish to see a list of items that contains one or more matches to either keyword. For example, the search phrase image or background will return a list containing all items that match either search word. The search phrase image or style or background will return a list that contains one or matches either search word.

Match one word and any of another two

Use can use compound keywords to further refine your search. For example, the search phrase style or css and image will return a list that contains a match to "image" plus either the "style" or "css".

Search by Item Number

If you already know the Knowledge Base item number you are looking for, simply enter the number into the Search box and click the Go button.

Look for Recent Additions

A quick link to the 10 most recent additions appears on every Knowledge Base page. Just click the link to display a list of these recent items.
